ABOUT HARBOUR HELP

Connection with purpose.
Support for real life.

Harbour Help brings personal connection, everyday support and therapy-plan practice into the same conversation.

The Harbour Help team together

Real people. Shared interests. Support that starts with connection.

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

Two perspectives.
One shared purpose.

Harbour Help grew from Oscar and Santana’s experiences in allied health and youth education: people deserve support that understands their goals and feels like the right personal fit.

Oscar’s perspective

Through physiotherapy and working alongside allied health professionals, Oscar saw that therapy plans and everyday support could run on separate tracks. He wanted support workers to understand those plans and reinforce agreed goals alongside the wider care team.

Santana’s perspective

In his previous role as an Education Support Officer (ESO), Santana saw how much the right worker matters. Personality, communication style and shared interests deserved as much attention as experience and availability.

Family-owned. Health-informed. Genuinely matched.

OUR VISION · SANTANA & OSCAR

Bringing therapy goals
into everyday life.

Our vision is to bridge the gap between therapy and everyday support, so the goals you work towards with your therapy team carry through into daily life.

We want support workers and mentors to work alongside your treating professionals, understand your plan and help you practise agreed activities in meaningful, everyday settings. Whether it’s catching the bus, going to the gym or getting out into the community, those small steps can build confidence and independence.

Just as importantly, we want you to feel connected. We take time to get to know you and find a worker whose personality, interests and approach feel right. Our aim is a trusted, lasting relationship that makes support feel personal.
